We at sabmecto on those field we offer our services like Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Software Development / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing/Hosting Services/ Maintenance of a website, we understand client requirement first and then after analysis we creatie complete scope of document, in order to ensure that our teams have full understanding of the work required to be accomplished, eliminating any scope of project cancellation or dispute at very beginning.
Since both Sabmecto and the client understand that there is work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to our team.
Payments for custom design projects / above services made to us by clients are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid by client are retained by Sabmecto and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for should be paid by the client.
If a client purchases any service based products from Sabmecto like POS, School Management Software, NBS and others our team first will show the demo from our work server and give client credentials for testing, once satisfied we sign contract and upload the files to client server, so no scope of any refund at any case. But we offer a minimum of 6 months after sales service to our client without any additional cost with proper agreement paper.
We are willing to work with you and after getting confirmation from your side, we immediately take action on it and send your work in progress. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, the amount you have already paid is non-refundable. We liaise with our clients and do our best effort to solve all their queries and start work after their approval, therefore, there is no scope for any kind of refund. We clearly mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance.
